There is also a compulsory cleaning fee of €60 which is payable locally at the end of your stay

PAYMENT TERMS

A 25% Deposit is required within 2 days to confirm your booking

The Final Balance is payable 28 days prior to the start of your booking

A refundable security deposit of £100 is also payable 28 days prior to the start of your booking, this will be refunded in full on your return home unless there has been any breakages/damage in the apartment.
